Former Integra/Miltex district manager and Huntington Beach, California, resident Andrew Montana received a BS in industrial engineering from Buffalo State University. During his early career, he promoted toxic waste disposal services for raw materials refineries as a sales representative for Chemical Waste Management. He subsequently joined Beckman Coulter, a biomedical laboratory instruments manufacturer headquartered in Brea, California, about 25 miles inland from Huntington Beach. With Beckman Coulter, Andrew Montana consistently surpassed quotas for blood laboratory analyzers to various medical practitioners throughout Southern California.

Building on his previous experience, Andrew Montana served with Cardiac Science as a territory manager responsible for over 200 medical device distributors. He increased sales in his region by more than 70% and for ten consecutive years won the National Champion Circle Award for the marketing of Burdick products. In his position with Integra/Miltex, he managed 400 product distributors and develops account relationships with medical, dental, and veterinary surgical centers in Hawaii and Southern California. Among his achievements, he attained the company’s top sales figures for the introduction of new cryosurgical device and surgical loupe products, and won the Market Segment Leader award in 2013.

Mr. Montana enjoys spending his free time coaching youth sports, reading TIME magazine, going waterskiing, brewing beer, and exercising at Huntington Harbor Athletic Club. Widely traveled, he has taken cruises in the Caribbean and visited international destinations ranging from Canada to Thailand.
